I am a final year undergraduate student at National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra pursuing (2017-2021) Bachelor of Technology degree in Production and Industrial Engineering. — I belive through the use of statistics, the scientific process, and machine learning we can implement solutions to the most challenging problems.I enjoy contributing to and being part of a motivated team of smart people exploring cutting edge technologies and budding research ideas.

July, 2020 - current

• Spearheading a 4-tier team of 10 core team members and 100+ members across 7 verticals.
• Managing budget of INR 2.5L (45% y-o-y increase) to execute 2 national and 5 institute level events and initiatives including Techspradha, Altius, Startup week, E-summit, I-cell received the requests of more than 400+ participants from 20+ technical groups to showcase projects.

Embedded systems and Robotics club, NITKKR || Project Head

• Cultivating a team of 25 students, handling a budget of 0.6 lakhs for all activities, organizing weekly performance evaluation meetings, defining project timelines, shuffling members across projects as per their growth potential.
• Monitored 4 core-team projects and 20 other projects allotted to 55 non-team members from the campus for theAnnual Technical Exhibition, and mentored students in product-design strategies for the same.
