• Worked with R&D team on inhouse slicer GUI and cura engine for 3DPrinters to optimize the slicing process; used path planning and nearest-neighbour algorithms to optimize cura engine.

• Developed an IOT dashboard using freeboard plugins and connected the printer electronic with raspberry pie to make the 3d printer plant remotely controlled and a data driven system.

• Worked on Reinforcement learning[Q -learning models] to improve surface finish of various CNC operated surface during and after the process; worked on data preprocessing of image data.

Implemented a Real-Time failure detection of test specimen using time series and SVMs on deep learning framework keras.
